I called from Upstate NY and wanted to deliver friends something for their new house in Kansas City. They suggested a plant for the yard since they just moved in. I asked for just asked for a bouquet, however, I changed my mind a few hours later after I thought about their suggestion more, and called back. They had already made the bouquet but had no problem selling it in the case and doing something different. They arranged for a lavender plant to be delivered the next day. My friends loved it, and said it came with directions on how to plant it, harvest and dry it. It was in a wicker basket with a matching bow. Very accomodating, excellent service, even when I changed my mind on them.
